Avigail Menashe is the former director of one of the largest IT associations in Central Asia, the Kyrgyz Software and Service Developers Association (KSSDA). She is the initiator and co-author of the Central Asian Award, a moderator and speaker at international IT forums, and the organizer of the Central Asian American Tech Forum in New York. Avigail also played a pivotal role as the main organizer of 4 successful business tours in the USA and was featured in a Bloomberg documentary.


Avigail has effectively elevated Kyrgyzstan's IT sector on the global stage, orchestrating partnerships and projects with the United States, Korea, Japan, and Germany. She initiated significant events and educational programs for women entrepreneurs, fostering large-scale partnerships with media, international enterprises, and the Central Asian diaspora. Her efforts have paved the way for Kyrgyz companies to penetrate international markets.


Avigail will provide consultation on entering the US market, forging international partnerships, understanding American business culture, expanding into foreign markets, preparing marketing materials, addressing American audiences, as well as establishing partnerships and conducting projects.
