Askar Akshabayev is the co–founder and CTO of 1Fit, KBTU Professor, PhD candidate. Since 2004, he has been engaged in development and teaching. He worked in the field of computer vision at Soongsil University and has scientific publications. Since 2007, he has been developing solutions for large companies, banks, and government systems (including eGov). Since 2018, he has been heading the IT team of 1Fit, one of the leading digital fitness products.
His work allowed him to:
– Launch a scalable 1Fit mobile application, available in several countries;
– Build a stable and flexible IT infrastructure for the rapid growth of a startup;
– Establish integration with payment, CRM and BI systems;
