Alexander Globov started his career as a programmer at ht.kz in 2013, then became a team leader and project manager. He gradually expanded his expertise beyond development, actively implementing an Agile approach and developing a product culture in the company. He participated in strategic sessions with marketing and sales, and temporarily served as director of the sales office, which allowed him to gain wide visibility and understanding of all key business functions. With the company's entry into the international market, Alexander took the position of CEO. He has a unique experience in company transformation through the introduction of flexible methodologies and data-driven management.
